About the Role: Mechanical Project Engineer

As a Mechanical Project Engineer , youll be responsible for managing engineered projects and delivering complete technical design packages within the Docking & Mooring function. Youll ensure that all project designs are compliant, tested, documented, and delivered on time and within budget.

Youll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet technical specifications, industry standards, and customer expectations all while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Engineering

• Lead mechanical design and drafting using SolidWorks and AutoCAD
• Manage project elements, including forecasting, cost, schedule, and billing
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
• Review contracts and ensure alignment with commercial and technical requirements
• Design equipment to meet project specifications and relevant standards (IEC, AS, ISO)

Documentation & Compliance

• Generate post-award technical documentation, including drawings and BoMs
• Prepare manufacturing and as-built documentation
• Review material data records and inspection test plans
• Assist in creating installation, operations, and maintenance manuals
