Bharatiya Construction is a Vadodara-based Civil-cum-Mechanical contracting company executing maintenance, repair and project works in Oil & Gas and Industrial plants.

The company has experience in PSU projects with clients like IOCL, GAIL and other industrial units , involving works such as:

• Mechanical piping and structural works
• Culvert repair and RCC works
• Insulation, cladding, blasting and industrial painting
• Shutdown and emergency maintenance jobs

We are currently executing an ARC contract at IOCL Gujarat Refinery for civil and mechanical maintenance of culverts and associated pipelines and are looking for experienced site engineers to strengthen our project team.

This is a full-time site-based role at IOCL Gujarat Refinery, Vadodara for execution of civil and mechanical maintenance works related to culverts and associated pipelines.

• Supervision of mechanical maintenance works including piping, insulation, cladding, blasting and painting activities
• Coordination of daily site activities with IOCL Site Engineer / EIC
• Managing fitters, welders, helpers and subcontract teams at multiple locations
• Ensuring work execution as per SOR, drawings, work permits and safety procedures
• Preparation of daily progress reports and assisting in measurement sheets for RA bills
• Monitoring PPE compliance, job safety analysis and toolbox talks
• Supporting shutdown and emergency jobs on round-the-clock basis when required
• Coordination with safety supervisor and ensuring statutory compliance

• Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 25 years site experience in refinery, petrochemical or industrial maintenance projects
• Practical knowledge of:
• Piping maintenance
• Insulation & cladding
• Blasting & painting
• Hot & cold work permits
• Ability to handle manpower and coordinate with client engineers
• Knowledge of safety norms, PPE, JSA and refinery working conditions
• Willingness to work in shifts, Sundays and emergency breakdowns if required
