MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Point cloud, Electrical & Fire
- Strong Mechanical services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Fire) knowledge with the ability to develop and review design concepts
- Lead and coordinate the Mechanical team to ensure timely project delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams throughout project phases
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
- Experience working with point cloud data, design input and scan-based inputs (RCS files)
