Role: MEP Engineer Hotel Operations Focus

We are looking for a technically strong MEP Engineers with hospitality experience who understands both project execution and operational performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee MEP systems for hotel projects (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, BMS)

Coordinate with design consultants and site teams

Ensure systems align with hotel operator standards

Support testing, commissioning, and handover

Develop preventive maintenance frameworks for operational readiness

Review BOQs, value engineering proposals, and vendor submissions

Ideal Candidate:

510 years of experience in hospitality projects

Strong understanding of hotel MEP services & back-of-house planning

Experience in coordination between consultants, contractors, and operators

Site execution + commissioning exposure preferred

Location: Goa, Pune, Mumbai
