Job Description
Roel: Mechanical Draftsman
Department: Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 515 years
Qualification: ITI/NCTVT/Diploma in Mechanical or CAD Design
Responsibilities
Drafting & Design:
- Prepare 2D/3D layouts, schematics, orthographic views, and detailed manufacturing drawings using CAD.
- Develop BOM (Bill of Material) and specifications for mechanical systems and equipment.
Coordination & Support:
- Address vendor/shop/site queries promptly; visit sites if required.
- Manage drawing revisions, updates, and ERP documentation.
Quality & Standards:
- Ensure accuracy, maintain drawing files, and adhere to industrial standards.
Qualifications
Education details: ITI/NCTVT/Diploma in Mechanical or CAD Design
Required Skills
- Expertise in engineering drawings, geometry, weight/area calculations, and AutoLISP.
- Knowledge of welding symbols, tolerances, and manufacturing processes.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of boiler and heater components (preferred).
- Ability to work in teams, good communication, and customer focus.
