Job Description
Were Hiring | Mechanical Design Engineer (Sugar Industry)
MG Enterprises is looking to hire a Mechanical Designer / Draftsman with strong AutoCAD proficiency and hands-on exposure to Sugar Boiling House Equipment.
We are not just looking for a CAD operator we need someone who understands process equipment and can work with real industrial drawings.
Role Overview:
Reverse engineering of existing boiling house equipment
Preparation of GA drawings & detailed fabrication drawings
Modification and optimization of legacy equipment
Coordination with fabrication and site teams
Equipment Exposure Required:
Calandrias (Kestner / Semi Kestner / Juice Heater)
Vacuum Pans
Crystallisers
Evaporators
Rotary Screens
Related boiling house equipment
Skills Required:
Strong command over AutoCAD (2D drafting mandatory)
Ability to understand fabrication drawings
Knowledge of sugar process equipment preferred
Practical understanding of shop-floor requirements
Freshers with strong fundamentals and willingness to learn are welcome however, prior exposure to sugar or heavy fabrication industry will be given preference.
