Mechanical Design Engineer

Role Overview:

Xtrawrkx is hiring for one of the leading EV two-wheeler manufacturers.

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in automotive component design. The candidate will be responsible for developing manufacturable designs, preparing detailed drawings, and supporting prototype development, testing, and manufacturing coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop automotive components and assemblies.

Prepare 2D drawings with GD&T and follow drafting standards.

Convert design concepts into manufacturable CAD models.

Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities.

Coordinate with manufacturing and quality teams for product development and improvement.

Ensure designs meet engineering standards and production requirements.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA / AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of GD&T and drafting standards.

Basic understanding of FEA and manufacturing processes.

Good problem-solving and design analysis skills.

Preferred Background:

Experience :Minimum 12 Years of experience required.

Good communication skills is a must.

Qualification: BE / BTech Mechanical Engineering
