Position Overview

This is a hands-on role involving manufacturing, assembly and testing of inflatable medical device components (overlays), supporting senior technicians and engineers in daily manufacturing activities.

Freshers who are eager to learn and work with real hardware are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembly of inflatable overlays and mechanical components
• Assisting the team in product assembly and sub-assembly
• Work with vendors / manufacturers in Product development as per requirements
• Ensure QA/QC before dispatch of the products
• 3D Modelling + CAD Drawings (preferable)
• Conducting leak tests, pressure tests, and basic functional testing of inflatables
• Supporting product testing and quality checks
• Handling tools, fixtures, and basic jigs safely
• Building / Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
• Reporting defects, leaks, or issues during assembly/testing
• Packing, labelling, and dispatch preparation when required

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• ITI (Fitter / Mechanic / Turner / related trade)
• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics
• B.Sc / B.Tech freshers with strong hands-on interest (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome
• 02 years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or testing is a plus

Required Skills & Traits

• Willingness to do hands-on assembly work
• Basic understanding of mechanical parts and assemblies
• Comfortable travelling and working with different manufactures / Vendors in Karnataka and Outside
• Attention to detail and patience during testing
• Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly
• Physically comfortable with standing work and manual tasks
• Team player with a positive attitude

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in medical devices, automotive, or manufacturing units
• Exposure to leak testing, pneumatic systems, or pressure testing
• Familiarity with hand tools (spanners, cutters, torque tools, etc.)
