Have you got an appetite for awesome? 

1. Welcomes and connects and provides excellent customer service to all customers.

2. Discover customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service.

3. Responds to customers’ needs and says thank you to every customer.

4. Has “customer comes first attitude” and “Just Say Yes” behavior and should be able to handle customer grievances.

5. Follows Licious Standard Operational Procedures along with those for cash handling, cooking/serving standards, display, safety, and security for all Licians and its patrons.

6. Maintains calm demeanour and being organized during high volume times or unusual events.

7. Maintains a clean and organized workspace so the fellow Licians can locate resources and products as and when required.

8. Maintains regular attendance and punctuality and adheres to the shift roaster.

9. Assists with new Lician training by positively reinforcing successful performance and give encouraging coaching as needed.

10. Contributes to a positive team environment by recognizing the changes in fellow Licians behavior which might be signalling to a potential problems or changes in their morale and communicating these to their immediate supervisors. 

We hope that you..

1. Have minimum HSC completed / Hotel management graduate, diploma holders.

2. Have experience preferred in retail, QSR or any leading service brands.

3. Have Strong attention to detail, Punctual, works well under pressure, ability to multitask, strong communication skills, good learner, customer centric.

4. Are Cheerful warm and exuberant, friendly, social, and affable, passionate foodie with a customer centric mindset.
