What would you do? The Business Reporting and Governance vertical helps to deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanism for SLA/KPI or any other operations on a day to day basis. The Reporting team works on daily reports required by senior leadership and Operations Team and help deliver the requirements in a timely and accurate manner with business insights. You will also have to have the ability to transform them to visualized tools and databases so that more insights can be driven for leadership teams and present in PowerPoint slides for impactful story-telling. The focus in this role who is a visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail. Your approach to work mixes imagination with discipline. This allows you to think outside of the box, while working within brand guidelines. A creative collaborator with the ability to adapt to feedback, you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What are we looking for? Minimum of 1-3 year experience in graphic designing and presentation design working in Microsoft tools on PC platform Completion of provided Graphic Design skills assessment Flexible hours to accommodate global meeting times Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Polished and professional presence Project coordination experience Adaptability to change Effective collaboration skills and experience Adept in working across a heavily matrixed organization Experience in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign Well versed with Microsoft tools such as Teams, PowerPoint, and Word
Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders Supports continuous improvement and organization development activities Participates in ad hoc area or global projects as required May prioritize and oversee activities of others to meet deadlines and quality standards Assists in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex issues/problems Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience Interacts with client/users around specific work efforts/deliverables. Service Management Design team creates engaging visual concepts and supporting graphics to highlight messages and emphasize win themes in a variety of pursuit deliverables. You help develop creative concepts that resonate with Accentures clients. You work primarily in PowerPoint, Word and other Adobe tools to create and format business reviews, redesign PowerBI dashboards, create mailers or banners, etc. as per client requirements and Accenture brand guidelines. You translate complex data into compelling infographics. Primary responsibilities include: Incorporate design principles of composition, color, typography to create original engaging print and digital deliverables Utilize consistent formatting to comply with client-specific requirements Follow graphics workflow process, using appropriate templates, tools, and repositories Use suitable stock imagery, illustrations, and design elements to compliment visual concepts Organize and archive graphic design assets for individual assignments Demonstrate a beginner/intermediate level in: MS Word, PPT, Adobe Creative Cloud Update and maintain design repository
