Job Description
Position: MEAN Stack Lead Developer
Experience: 8+Years
Type: Full Time Tekshiras
Work Mode: Remote
Shift: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM
- We are also seeking a Lead Developer to support technical coordination across the team.
This is a hands-on role (still coding), focused on:
- Breaking down epics into technical tasks
- Enforcing architectural standards
- Supporting Angular modernization efforts
- Ensuring consistency in backend, ORM, validation, and integration implementations
- Conducting code reviews
- Mentoring developers
The Lead will support the existing architectural direction (not redefine it). Strong experience in the following is important:
- Modern Angular architecture
- NestJS with TypeORM
- Validation patterns (class-validator / DTO structure)
- Integration-heavy systems
- Event-driven patterns
- Salesforce-integrated environments
- This individual should be comfortable owning day-to-day technical execution while aligning with established architectural standards.
