The company aims to bring across top-quality eBikes which would currently cost way more in the domestic market at an affordable price utilizing its local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.

Having grown from a team of 5 to 400+ across the globe, from a small garage to offices across 15+ countries and clocking in INR 300+ Cr revenue in the first three years of operations. Reporting To: Managing Director

Role Overview:

The MD Office will work closely with the Founder and MD on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. The role includes end-to-end ownership of key international B2B accounts, driving new business development and 01 initiatives, and ensuring strong execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities & KRAs:

  • Execute strategic priorities and special projects from planning to closure.
  • Own key international B2B accounts end-to-end, including onboarding, execution, and growth.
  • Coordinate with global clients, distributors, and partners to ensure timely and seamless delivery.
  • Support international market expansion through opportunity assessment, pilots, and market entry initiatives.
  • Drive and govern new developments and 01 initiatives across products, markets, and business models.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Operations for execution.
  • Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare leadership presentations, MIS, reports, and business updates.
  • Establish governance and tracking mechanisms for critical tasks and priorities.
  • Maintain structured documentation for clients, contracts, approvals, and new initiatives.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through structured communication and issue resolution.
  • Drive accountability, follow-ups, and execution discipline across stakeholders.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and international).
  • Proven experience managing B2B and international clients.
  • Exposure to 01 initiatives, new market entry, or strategic projects.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.


Preferred Background:

  • 35 years of experience in Founders Office, Strategy, Consulting, B2B Sales, or International Business.
  • International exposure is a strong advantage.
  • MBA preferred but not mandatory.
