About the Opportunity

Meenaar Global Consultants LLP is inviting applications from experienced and technically competent MDPE Engineers for our ongoing GAIL Gas PMC Project in Dehradun.

This is a PMC role focused on supervision, quality monitoring, inspection, and compliance of MDPE pipeline works executed by contractors. Candidates with prior experience in CGD / pipeline projects will be preferred.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As an MDPE Engineer (PMC), you will:

• Supervise and monitor installation, jointing, testing, and commissioning of MDPE pipelines for CGD and PNG networks.
• Ensure contractor works comply with approved drawings, PNGRB guidelines, and safety standards.
• Monitor trenching, laying, backfilling, reinstatement, and restoration activities.
• Verify electrofusion and butt fusion jointing procedures and records.
• Review pressure testing, leakage testing, and commissioning reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and materials.
• Maintain inspection reports, test records, and as-built documentation.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Coordinate with GAIL Gas officials, contractors, and internal teams.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory documentation.

Who Were Looking For

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil / Petroleum / Pipeline Engineering (Mandatory)
• 58 years of experience in MDPE / CGD / Pipeline projects
• Experience in PMC / Supervision / Client-side monitoring preferred
• Strong knowledge of MDPE jointing, testing, and commissioning procedures
• Familiarity with PNGRB guidelines and safety standards
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work in site-based and field environments
