Must Have:

1. Difference between MDM and MAM in Intune
2. Enrollment methods in Intune
3. BYOD vs Corporate owned enrollment process
4. Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for managing and securing endpoints, including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
5. Manage and troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and configuration profiles for various operating systems.
6. Manage and maintain Windows workstations and other endpoint devices.
7. Administer tools like Microsoft Intune, SCCM. Ticketing tool: Servicenow.
8. Monitor and improve end-user experience using analytics tools.
9. Deploy software and patches across the enterprise.
10. Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
