MDM Support Analyst

The ideal candidate will support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of MDM platform such Informatica MDM, Reltio and Profisee MDM. In this role you will assist in configuring the MDM environment, integrating data sources and supporting platform deployments. . You will be responsible for proactive monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement of MDM application stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the configuration and implementation of the MDM platform and associated components.
• Support integration of master data across various source and target systems through ETL processes and API connections.
• Collaborate with MDM technical specialists and developers to ensure successful deployment and integration of MDM solutions.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MDM workflows, data synchronisation and platform performance.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards, alerts, and operational checks for MDM application components.
• Troubleshoot MDM failures across ingestion, match/merge, cleanse, survivorship, and publishing layers.
• Collaborate with data engineering, platform teams, and business stakeholders to triage issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring MDM issues and recommend platform improvements.
• Monitor API traffic, authentication flows, and integration health between MDM and downstream systems.
• Support release activities, regression checks, and validation for MDM deployments.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, SOPs, and best practices for MDM operational monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 3-5 years experience supporting MDM platform implementations, preferably Informatica MDM Reltio
• Familiarity with MDM concepts, workflows and data ingestion techniques.
• Experience working with ETL tools and APIs for data integration.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Experience with dashboarding/monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in production support and incident management.
• Exposure to SQL, REST APIs, and data quality tools is preferred
