Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Developer to join our team at Novo Nordisk, responsible for developing and implementing Master Data Management solutions for various business areas using Informatica Saas MDM and IICS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica MDM, ETL development, and data architecture, with experience in leading teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a robust MDM platform using Informatica Saas MDM to match and consolidate key data subject areas.
• Apply MDM strategies, requirements, and policies, and support implementation on Informatica platform technologies
• Engage with vendors, System managers, and stakeholders globally to understand MDM needs and develop tailored solutions
• Lead or provide senior-level support for MDM projects, integrating complex and cross-corporate processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest technical solutions
• Develop and deploy integrations using IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Data Science
• 5+ years of experience in Informatica Saas MDM development
• Experience with IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services)
• ETL experience is a must
• Experience in leading a team or providing senior-level support in MDM
• Experience in integrating complex and cross-corporate processes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with agile methodologies, DevOps, JIRA, Azure
• Additional integration tools awareness (e.g., API Management, API Gateway)
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience working in a project-oriented, international matrix environment
