- Grade SpecificKey ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and administer IBM MDM in both on-prem and cloud environments.Manage and support MDM clustering, high availability.Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support.Required Skills10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM(MDM), including deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.Deep understanding of MDM architecture, components, clustering, and data model.Experience with MDM in cloud environmentsStrong Linux administrationExperience with Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes for containerized deployments.Proven ability in root cause analysis, debugging, and resolving MDM-related issues.Good understanding of security, user access management, and backup/recovery procedures.
