Job Description
- Job Accountabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 support tickets related to iOS and Android BYOD devices.
- Manage, monitor, and support devices enrolled in Intune, and Google MDM platforms.
- Collaborate with L1 teams to escalate and resolve complex mobile device issues.
- Assist with configuration and deployment of device profiles and applications.
- Maintain documentation related to support procedures, troubleshooting steps, and known issues.
- Creation of weekly/monthly reports.
- Provide user training and support for MDM self-enrolment, basic troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
- Strong working knowledge of iOS and Android platforms.
- Understanding of OS-level settings, app permissions, security policies, and troubleshooting methods.
- Basic hands-on experience with at least two of the following MDM solutions, Scalefusion, Microsoft Intune or Google MDM / Android Enterprise.
- Basic knowledge of M365 solution.
- Basic knowledge of Exchange 2019 and Windows 2019.
