We are seeking MBSE Systems Engineer with strong expertise in SysML modelling using MagicDraw or Cameo Systems Modeler. The role focuses on model-based design and system architecture development for complex mechanical and mechatronic hardware systems in the automotive domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and own comprehensive SysML models using MagicDraw or Cameo Systems Modeler
• Define system architecture, interfaces, and behavior for mechanical and mechatronic automotive systems
• Translate vehicle-level features and stakeholder requirements into structured and verifiable engineering requirements
• Create functional, logical, and physical architecture models with complete traceability
• Ensure traceability between requirements, architectural elements, design components, and validation test cases
• Perform trade-off analysis to optimize system performance, cost, weight, and manufacturability
• Define and document system and subsystem interfaces including mechanical, electrical, and data interactions
• Collaborate closely with mechanical design, electrical, and software teams to ensure alignment between system architecture and detailed design
• Support system integration activities and provide architectural clarity to resolve cross-domain issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive, Aerospace, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in systems engineering with strong focus on mechanical or mechatronic hardware systems
• Deep hands-on expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering using SysML
• Mandatory proficiency with MagicDraw or Cameo Systems Modeler
• Strong knowledge of automotive hardware systems such as steering, braking, suspension, wipers, closures, and latches
• Experience working in the automotive industry and familiarity with development processes and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
