MBA Investment Internship | Indian Public Markets


Dhamma Capital is a new-age investment firm focused on long-term, high-quality Public market investing using a PE style research approach. We are inviting motivated Pre-MBA candidates to join us as Investment Analyst Interns for a 36 month engagement , after hosting two students from Columbia and Wharton last year.


Location: Mumbai / Hybrid

Duration: 36 months (flexible start & end dates)


Candidate profile

  • This role is for MBA candidates pursuing their MBA education in US / Europe / IIM's / ISB.
  • Required Prior experience in Private Equity, Public Equities, Equity Research, Consulting or Investment Banking (minimum 2-3 years) who are looking to deepen their investing skillset before / during business school
  • High intellectual curiosity and independent thinking
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, high-ownership environment

  • Qualitative analysis of businesses and industries

You will develop and present 12 full stock pitches on businesses you research, gaining hands-on exposure to the investment decision process and portfolio construction. These pitches can also serve as strong material for B-school interviews and recruiting.


4. Mentorship from the Founder

Collaborate with Raghav Mittal (Founder, Dhamma Capital | Columbia Business School alum) and the entire investment team. Raghav is happy to mentor the intern on career paths and navigating the global investing ecosystem post-MBA.
