We are looking for MBA/BBA - INTERNS in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Analytics/HR

Eligibility: Only Final Year Students who are in the last semester of their course are eligible
About the Internship
We are inviting MBA & BBA students who are passionate about learning and gaining real-world corporate exposure. This internship offers hands-on experience across key business functions with mentoring from industry professionals.
Internship Tracks & Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Intern
  • Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify potential clients
  • Pre Sales
  • Outbound calling, email outreach, and follow-ups with customers
  • Coordinate with customers and Team Leads for deal closures
  • Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports, CRM updates, and lead trackers
  • Coordinate with marketing and business development teams to convert leads
  • Participate in client meetings, demos, and negotiations (where applicable)
  • Track sales performance, conversion ratios, and provide basic insights
  • Support post-sales activities including customer onboarding and feedback collection

Business Development Intern
  • Lead generation & prospect research
  • Presales
  • Support sales outreach & client engagement
  • Market expansion & partnership analysis
  • Prepare pitch decks & business proposals

Business Analytics / Market Research Intern
  • Data collection, cleaning & analysis
  • MIS reports, dashboards & performance metrics
  • Support business decision-making with insights
  • Work on Excel / Power BI / basic analytical tools

HR Intern
  • Support recruitment
  • Candidate screening, interview coordination
  • HR documentation & employee engagement activities
  • Exposure to HR operations & policies
Eligibility Criteria
  • MBA / BBA students (Marketing / HR / Finance / Business Analytics / Operations)
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take ownership
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / PowerPoint (mandatory)
  • Prior internship experience is a plus (not mandatory)
