Maximo Technical Developer

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Maximo/MAS integrations using MIF, REST, and SOAP.
• Design and oversee customizations, automation scripts, workflows, and escalations.
• Manage system configuration, DB configuration, and application security.
• Develop and enhance components using Java, scripting, and BIRT reporting.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment processes.
• Lead upgrades, patching, and environment migrations across MAS.
• Collaborate with internal teams and middleware partners on technical architecture.
• Maintain technical documentation, design specs, and release notes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in dev, test, and production environments.

Core Skills :

• Strong experience in IBM Maximo 7.6 and MAS.
• Expertise in MIF, REST, SOAP, and integration frameworks.
• Handson with Java, automation scripts, BIRT, and Application Designer.
• Strong understanding of workflows, escalations, and domain configuration.
• Skilled in database configuration, SQL, and object structures.
• Exposure to middleware (MQ, ESB, Integration Servers).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git.

Preferred Qualifications :

• IBM Maximo or MAS certification.
• Experience in enterprise-scale EAM implementations.
• Background in industries such as Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Facilities Management.
