Maximo Consultant – Utilities

A leading utilities company in Middle Eastis looking for a senior Maximo Consultant with 7+ years experience to spearhead technology initiatives in utilities and distribution. This is an individual contributor position ideal for professionals who thrive while working independently and delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of IBM Maximo for utility and distribution projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and design custom enterprise asset management solutions.
• Ensure smooth operations and support, including user training and advanced troubleshooting.
• Deliver project milestones on schedule as a solo performer.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo (configuration, integration, support).
• Strong background in utilities, energy, or distribution projects preferred.
• Skills in Java, SQL, API integrations, and BIRT/WebSphere reporting.
• High level of initiative, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
