Key Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshooting: Deliver Level 2 Maximo support

Maximo Support & troubleshooting

Customizations & Configurations: Configure and customize Maximo modules using Automation scripts and Mbo customization.

Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations.

Workflow Optimization: Automate and optimize Maximo workflows.

Reporting: Build and customize Maximoreports. Knowledge of Maximo Birt Reporting, writing queries

Enhancements: Identify and implement system improvements.

Data Validation & Uploads into Maximo Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

. Strong verbal and written communication for documentation and collaboration.

. Understand user needs and ensure solutions align with business goals.

. Analytical thinking to diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Maximo Application Suite v 9, IBM Maximo certification and integration with third-party platforms.

Ideal for a proactive Maximo consultant focused on technical support and enhancements.
