We are looking for dedicated professionals to join us as residential faculty and deliver high-quality instruction.

Position Details:

• Roles: PGT Mathematics & TGT Mathematics (Residential Faculty)
• Curriculum: CBSE
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in accordance with CBSE guidelines and the NCERT syllabus.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Prepare senior secondary students thoroughly for CBSE Board Examinations (specifically for the PGT role).
• Develop students' analytical abilities, logical reasoning, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Maintain excellent classroom management and a positive, disciplined learning environment.
• Organize and assist with co-curricular academic activities such as Math Olympiads, quizzes, and exhibitions.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and academic performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• PGT Mathematics: Masters Degree (M.Sc. or M.A.) in Mathematics + B.Ed. from a recognized university.
• TGT Mathematics: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mathematics + B.Ed. (CTET or State TET qualification is highly preferred).
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the faculty.
