Mathematics Teacher (Cambridge IGCSE & A Level)

The Aalam, a progressive international school in Coimbatore, is seeking aMath Teacherto join our team. We follow IGCSE & IAL curricula within a child-centred, alternative learning environment rooted in Montessori and forward-thinking educational philosophies.

What Youll Do:

Teach Mathematics to students (ages 1217) using IGCSE & IAL frameworks

Plan and deliver purposeful, differentiated lessons

Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and active learning

Support individual student progress and maintain a safe classroom environment

Collaborate with educators, participate in meetings and school events

Engage in professional growth and embrace the schools ethos

Who Were Looking For:

Masters degree in Mathematics (essential)

Experience teaching upper secondary (AS and A level)

Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach

Flexible, collaborative, and committed to impactful education

Experience in alternative schooling is an advantage
