Materials Administrator

What a typical day looks like:

• Receive shipment at the receiving area as per PO and Shipping documents.
• Validate the contents as per PO and Shipping documents.
• Do system entry.
• Put away the materials and do location entry in the system.
• Issue materials as per Pick list.
• Re Arrange materials in stores for space and issue optimization.
• Do stock count and ensure accuracy.
• Support cycle count.
• Maintain 5S.
• File documents and archive in a periodic basis.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• ITI or Diploma
• Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Stores Operations.
• Experience in After Market Support
• Experience in Telecom Industry (Either in Manufacturing or in After Market Support)
• Should have experience in Space Management
