Location: Hyderabad Work from Office (HITEC City)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM 8:00 PM IST (European Timings)

Shift Flexibility: Must be adaptable to occasional evening/night shifts

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Material Master Data Management Operator to support Master Data operations within a structured, SLA-driven environment. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in Material Master Data maintenance.

This role requires high accuracy, strong governance understanding, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Material Master Data Maintenance

• Create,modify, extend, and block Material Master records in SAP
• Ensurehigh levelsof data accuracy and compliance with governance standards
• Maintain master data within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Validate and review master data requests for completeness and compliance
• Support internal audits related to master data

SAP & MDG Governance

• Work within SAP and MDG workflows for approvals and data governance
• Follow defined SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams

Compliance & Screening (Preferred)

• Support Restricted Party Screening (RPS) activities whenrequired
• Assistin resolving positive matches within SLA timelines

Mandatory Skills (Profiles without these will not be considered)

• Minimum2+ years of Master Data Operations experience
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP
• Experience working with SAP MM module
• Proven experience in Material Master Data Maintenance (creation, change, extension, blocking)
• Working knowledge of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance)
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments
• Fluent English communication skills
• Must be based in Hyderabad
• Immediate joiner (or maximum 15days noticeperiod)

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Accounting,Engineeringor related field
• Experience in Restricted Party Screening (RPS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with global stakeholders
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
