Job Overview:

Rotoris is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watch Technician responsible for the inspection, repair, servicing, and maintenance of watches. The role requires technical expertise in diagnosing watch issues, performing precise repairs, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and diagnose issues in mechanical, quartz, and automatic watches.

Perform watch repairs, servicing, and component replacements including batteries, straps, and internal parts.

Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure watches function accurately after repair or assembly.

Handle watch assembly, adjustments, and calibration as per company standards.

Maintain proper documentation of repairs and service records.

Ensure all tools and equipment are used and maintained properly.

Coordinate with the quality control and operations teams to maintain product standards.

Follow company guidelines for product handling and repair processes.

Requirements:

Diploma or certification in Watch Repair / Horology / Mechanical Repair or related field.

14 years of experience in watch repair, servicing, or assembly.

Good knowledge of watch mechanisms and repair techniques.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to work with precision tools and small components.
