What success looks like in this role:

• Leads teams in the delivery of Global Field Operations across the full range of client and Field Services interactions.
• Manages critical incidents, requests and recurring requests received from the Unisys Dispatch Field Force Management system, clients and Field Engineering’s team members / stakeholders.
• Serves as the escalation point for critical or challenging issues.
• Defines approaches and provides extensive business and/or technical expertise to attain objectives.
• Initiates process improvements for clients and Global Field Operations application.
• Prepares, approves and coordinates the implementation of process / ticketing documentation and ensures that all client and Global Field Operations related documentation is correct and up to date.
• Recommends, develops and conducts training, and orientation for new associates.
• Ensures proper implementation of new processes and procedures.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

High School Diploma or GED required
May require technical certification or Associate Degree
Generally, 7+ years’ experience in area of responsibility
