Master Data Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled IBM MDM Architect with deep expertise in IBM MDM (Standard/Advanced/Hybrid), Data Governance, and enterpriselevel MDM solution design. The ideal candidate will lead endtoend architecture, blueprinting, implementation, and optimization of MDM platforms for largescale digital transformation programs.

Location: PAN India

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design IBM MDM solutions, including data models, services, workflows, and integration patterns.
• Lead MDM strategy, roadmap, and governance frameworks across domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.).
• Define and implement match/merge rules, data quality rules, survivorship strategies, and hierarchy management.
• Analyze existing systems, perform data profiling, and design scalable Golden Record frameworks.
• Integrate IBM MDM with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, ETL/ESB solutions.
• Guide development teams and ensure best practices, performance optimization, and security controls.
• Collaborate with business, data, cloud, and engineering teams to deliver highimpact MDM capabilities.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years in MDM with 6+ years specifically in IBM MDM
• Strong expertise in IBM MDM Standard/Advanced Editions
• Experience with InfoSphere, DataStage, DG tools, RDM, and MDM workflows
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, SQL, and integration frameworks
• Strong understanding of MDM architecture patterns, SOA, microservices
• Handson experience in match/merge, DQ, entity modeling, event management
• Excellent clientfacing, solution design, and leadership skills
