Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Transformation Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end MDM transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, data quality, and MDM tools, with proven expertise in driving large-scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MDM transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data governance standards.
• Design and implement MDM solutions for customer, product, and vendor domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, workflows, and integration strategies.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment to improve data quality.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues across systems and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience in Master Data Management and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience with leading MDM tools (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Reltio, etc.).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes.
• Experience in MDM migration and transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in flexible shift timings and adapt to global project requirements.
