Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced MDM professionals with strong hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy reporting and Snowflake. Candidates must have prior experience working in the Pharma / Life Sciences industry. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting master data solutions along with advanced reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MicroStrategy.

Work extensively with Snowflake for data warehousing and data management.

Ensure data governance, data quality, and data standardization across systems.

Perform data analysis, data profiling, cleansing, and mapping activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand pharma-specific data requirements (e.g., product, customer, HCP, compliance data).

Support integration between MDM, Snowflake, and reporting systems.

Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize reporting solutions.

Ensure adherence to pharma regulatory and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Master Data Management (MDM).

Expertise in MicroStrategy reporting and dashboard development.

Strong experience working with Snowflake (data modeling, querying, optimization).

Mandatory experience in Pharma / Life Sciences domain.

Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.

Experience with ETL processes and data integration tools.

Strong SQL skills.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Requirements:

Role 1: 79 Years Experience

Strong technical hands-on experience in MDM, MicroStrategy, and Snowflake.

Ability to independently manage reporting and data initiatives.

Experience handling pharma master data domains.

Role 2: 1015 Years Experience

Extensive techno-functional expertise in MDM and enterprise reporting solutions.

Experience leading large-scale MDM implementations.

Strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership experience.

Ability to drive architecture discussions and solution design
