Primary Role: The candidate will be working for the Master Data Governance organization, supporting the Digital Contact Registration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze new customer registrations failures for the Agilent.com website.
- Leverage SAP CRM and SAP ECC to identify account matches and create necessary linkages, including the creation of new contacts and accounts.
- Dispatch welcome marketing communications to newly registered and successfully linked accounts.
- Diagnose and resolve root causes of registration failures in collaboration with various teams and, when necessary, engage with customers.
- Utilize existing HANA/Spotfire reports and registration tools like Delegated Admin.
- Adhere to Agilent governance rules and protocols.
- Assist Digital Product Managers with account setup and troubleshooting.
- Support Commerce teams in resolving login-related issues.
- Engage in data quality and cleanup activities as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Microsoft Access.
- Attention to detail when working with data sets involving dashboards (such as Spotfire) and relational databases.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer communication.
Qualifications
Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar data management function involving customer master data (accounts and contacts).
- Hands-on experience with SAP CRM, SAP ECC, Salesforce, and software registrations. Technical MS Office knowledge is an additional advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
