Marriage Counselor

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Marriage Counselor to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will support couples in navigating relationship challenges, improving communication, and building healthier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and couple counseling sessions
• Assess relationship dynamics and identify core issues
• Develop structured therapy plans tailored to clients needs
• Facilitate conflict resolution and communication strategies
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation
• Provide pre-marital and post-marital counseling support
• Conduct workshops or group sessions (if required)

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Psychology / Counseling / Marriage & Family Therapy
• Relevant certification or license in counseling (preferred)
• 25 years of experience in marriage or relationship counseling
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Ability to handle sensitive cases with confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CBT, EFT, or other therapeutic approaches
• Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds
• Fluency in English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred)
