Were growing fast and looking for a Marketing Associate to help manage and scale our presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Monitor ad performance and implement timely improvements to maximize ROI.
• Scale campaigns based on data insights and seasonal trends.
• Coordinate with marketplace teams to activate ads, promotions, and visibility initiatives.
• Drive growth through seasonal campaigns and platform-specific strategies.
• Plan pricing, discounts, and promotions to increase conversions.
• Ensure accurate, optimized, and SEO-friendly product listings.
• Track inventory and coordinate with operations to avoid stock issues.
• Align ad plans with stock availability to prevent budget waste.
• Create and share performance reports with clear action points.
• Present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
• Maintain strong relationships with platform partners.
• Follow up regularly to unlock growth opportunities.

What Were Looking For:

• Interest in learning and executing paid ads (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and data-based decision making
• Business acumen and understanding of D2C/marketplace dynamics
• CatLog, listing, and pricing hygiene basics
• Promo management and inventory coordination
• Problem-solving under platform constraints
• Confidence in communication and relationship management
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Follow-up discipline and persistence
• Execution-first mindset with accountability
