Marketplace Manager

Location: Dahisar, Mumbai

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of Marketplace Manager. The Marketplace Manager will oversee digital marketplace operations, including managing listings and inventory, enhancing product visibility, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring optimal customer experience. Duties also include liaising with internal teams to ensure product availability, resolving issues related to orders and logistics, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and improve revenue on marketplace platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-commerce marketplace operations, platform management, and online sales optimization
• Skills in marketing, data analysis, and strategy development specific to digital platforms
• Experience in inventory management, vendor coordination, and customer service
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the jewelry or luxury industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in business analytics tools and platforms
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
