Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and brand.com. The role involves day-to-day marketplace operations, listing optimization, sales analysis, and coordination with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, QuickCom etc.
• Drive sales growth through promotions, ads, and visibility optimization.
• Handle product listings, catalog updates, SEO, and A+ content.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Optimize marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) for better ROAS/ACOS.
• Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, creative, and marketplace teams.

Requirements:

• 25 years of hands-on marketplace management experience.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Understanding of e-commerce KPIs, algorithms, and ads.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience with D2C platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) is a plus.
