Role Overview

We are hiring a commercially driven and analytical Marketplace Growth Specialist to support growth across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.

This role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, optimising product performance, supporting listing operations, and using marketplace data to drive revenue and profitability improvements.

You will work with marketplace analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Google Merchant Centre to identify opportunities, optimise listings, and support marketplace expansion strategies.

This role combines analytical thinking, marketplace operations, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Optimisation

• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales, and profitability
• Analyse product performance across marketplaces including Amazon and Google Shopping
• Monitor sales trends, keyword rankings, and competitor performance
• Support product launch and expansion strategies
• Identify underperforming products and recommend improvement actions
• Assist in scaling successful products and marketplace accounts

Product Research & Opportunity Identification

• Conduct product and competitor research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other tools
• Analyse key metrics including:
• Search demand
• Competition levels
• Pricing trends
• Revenue potential
• Identify high-potential products and growth opportunities
• Support product sourcing and expansion decisions

Listing & Marketplace Operations

• Prepare and optimise product listing data
• Support bulk uploads and listing management
• Assist with Google Merchant Centre product feed management
• Ensure listings are properly structured and optimised
• Identify and resolve listing errors or performance issues

Data Analysis & Commercial Insights

• Analyse marketplace data to identify growth opportunities
• Build structured spreadsheets and performance trackers
• Monitor margins, fees, and profitability metrics
• Support ROI and performance analysis
• Provide structured insights to support commercial decisions

Marketplace Monitoring & Reporting

• Track marketplace performance metrics and KPIs
• Monitor competitors and market trends
• Maintain organised performance reports
• Provide clear, actionable insights to internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with structured data
• Strong written English skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a performance-focused environment

Preferred Skills

• Interest in e-commerce and marketplace growth
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace platforms
• Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar tools
• Experience in product research, marketplace operations, or data analysis
• Training will be provided on tools and internal processes.
