Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketplace Growth Executive - Ecommerce based in Noida. The responsibilities include managing and optimizing accounts, driving sales growth, overseeing the marketplace performance, and identifying opportunities to maximize product visibility and customer engagement. The role also requires building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to expand market reach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Amazon Seller Central , 1mg or Netmeds preferred
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ads, and ranking factors
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Data-driven mindset with Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Experience in Ayurveda, pharma, FMCG, or wellness is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing startup environment
