This full-time, on-site role is located in Gurgaon. As a Marketplace Campaign Manager, you will oversee end-to-end management of marketing campaigns across various e-commerce marketplaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing campaigns, tracking their performance, analyzing data to measure success, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will also play a strategic role in improving campaign effectiveness and optimizing marketplace presence.

• Strong expertise in Campaign Management, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and articulate plans and results.
• Experience in organizing and managing Campaigns and Projects within time constraints.
• Knowledge of Sales strategies and ability to align campaigns with overarching sales goals.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with campaign management tools and software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
• Previous experience in e-commerce or the beauty and skincare industry is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
