StepsAI is building AIDE, a next-generation AI agent widget used by businesses to automate support and enhance customer experiences. We are looking for a marketer who is curious, creative, and driven to help shape a global AI product.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys experimentation, understands digital distribution deeply, and wants ownership-not just tasks.

What You Will Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Lead SEO strategy, keyword planning, and traffic growth
• Conduct market and competitor research to guide positioning and messaging
• Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, website pages, emails, and landing pages
• Identify and activate non-traditional channels such as Reddit, Slack communities, Shopify groups, and DTC communities
• Work closely with our design, sales, and tech teams to align campaigns and messaging
• Support GTM initiatives, product marketing, and user acquisition strategies

What We Are Looking For

• 13 years of hands-on marketing experience
• Strong skills in ads, SEO, research, and content writing
• A strong learning mindset and ability to pick up new concepts quickly
• Ability to collaborate smoothly with design, sales, and technical teams
• Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and channels
• Understands where customers spend time and how to reach them effectively
