Role Overview
We are looking for ambitious, high-energy MBA graduates to join our Accelerated Leadership Program . As a Management Trainee, you will be groomed to become the future face of our business. You will rotate through various functionsincluding Market Research, Lead Generation, Brand Marketing, and Client Relationsto build a 360-degree understanding of how a global software services firm operates.
Key Responsibilities will be:
1. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends (e.g., AI/Automation, Cloud, Data Engineering, Travel & Hospitality. Logistics) within the US, UK / Europe, and Middle East markets.
- Identify potential "Ideal Customer Profiles" (ICPs) and map out decision-makers within target organizations.
- Analyze competitor offerings to help refine our unique value proposition.
2. Global Sales Development
- Initiate outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to shadow discovery calls and learn the art of "consultative selling."
- Manage and update CRM (TBD) to ensure data-driven decision-making.
3. Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Work with the delivery team to develop case studies, whitepapers, and sales decks tailored to different geographies.
- Assist in managing our digital presence and executing localized marketing campaigns for specific regions
4. Relationship Management
- Coordinate between the technical delivery teams (offshore) and the client (onshore) to ensure project alignment.
- Support the proposal (RFP) process by gathering requirements and drafting professional pitches.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or International Business from a reputed institute.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills. Ability to articulate complex technical ideas simply.
- Mindset: A "hunter" instinct for sales combined with a strategic marketing lens.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work in shifts to align with US/UK time zones when required.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel) and AI tools.
