Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Tech. Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in a range of marketing technologies including Responsys Boever Adobe CJI Oracle Eloqua Sprinklr Microsoft Dynamics and more. This role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our marketing efforts and drive impactful results.
Responsibilities
Engaging with Customer Engagement Business Partners (CEBPs) and PODs early and often
Supporting the Solution Owners through technical assessment and transition
Acting as a Technical SME across omnichannel and web platform technologies and their use within AZ
Obtaining JavaScript approval from Product Engineering Lead after evaluating the tickets raised by POD Teams
Providing clear guidance on what is not possible while offering alternatives
Collaborating with market teams during the omni experience design phase to ensure journeys maximize the use of the tech-stack while remaining feasible
Conduction demand intake and requirements analysis
Defining demand for new capabilities (Omni Web Reporting) via demand Project Epic in Oncology MarTech Release Trains JIRA board
Completing and communicating feasibility assessments in a clear and consistent manner
Attending meetings scheduled by PODs and other teams depending on bandwidth
Support User Acceptance Testing
