Marketing Team Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Lead who can own and scale our overall marketing efforts. The primary focus of this role will be Influencer Marketing, Organic Growth, and Social Media Marketing across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of content strategy, SEO-led content, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own and drive the end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, including creator discovery, onboarding, campaign execution, and performance tracking

2. Lead organic growth initiatives across social and community channels to improve reach, engagement, and brand recall

3. Plan, execute, and scale Instagram and YouTube marketing, including content calendars, formats, and platform-specific growth strategies

4. Define and oversee the overall content strategy, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand goals across all formats

5. Collaborate with SEO and content teams to build and execute SEO-driven content strategies that improve rankings and long-term organic traffic

6. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across channels, and optimize strategies based on insights

7. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, set clear goals, review outputs, and ensure timely execution

8. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and messaging consistency across all marketing touchpoints

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in Marketing, with strong exposure to influencer and organic marketing

2. Proven experience in Instagram and YouTube marketing

3. Good understanding of content marketing and SEO fundamentals

4. Experience in leading and managing a team

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

6. Excellent communication and coordination skills

7. Ability to take ownership, work independently, and drive results
