The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Support Manager or Assistant Manager to strengthen our global marketing function, based in our new office in GIFT City, India. Reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, this full-time position will focus primarily on group-wide marketing execution while offering light logistical coordination for the GIFT City office during its establishment and early operational phase.
The role is structured as approximately:
- 80% global marketing execution and support (group-wide responsibilities)
- 20% practical coordination tied to the GIFT City office
This position represents an opportunity to contribute to the precise, discreet communications that define 1291 Group, while supporting our strategic expansion in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist producing client presentations, thought-leadership content, brochures, event materials, and webinar assets ensuring consistency of brand voice.
- Assist in the planning and execution of physical events (whether organised in-house or in collaboration with external partners) and online events, including webinars.
- Manage and update digital channels, including the group website and LinkedIn presence.
- Support the coordination of marketing initiatives across our worldwide offices, including content calendars and timely execution.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the GIFT City office set-up and early operations (e.g., vendor coordination, basic office presence, and event preparation).
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure high standards across all outputs, creating capacity for proactive, longer-term strategic campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
- A bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 37 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a closely related role, preferably within financial services, professional services, or private-client environments.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
- Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in Hindi is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (particularly PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Hubspot, Adobe Express, or similar).
- A calm, discreet, and professional demeanour suited to a high-trust environment serving high-net-worth families and their professional advisers.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the GIFT City/Gandhinagar area; this is primarily an office-based role.
