Marketing Strategy Manager

We are looking for a strong marketing strategist someone who can think, plan, and lead marketing strategy, not just run campaigns.

This role is for someone who understands how brands grow, how customers behave, and how to design end-to-end marketing strategies that drive visibility, footfall, and revenue.

Marketing strategy creation & ownership

City-level, store-level & growth strategy planning

Brand positioning & long-term marketing roadmap

Campaign planning before execution

Data-driven decision making

Key Responsibilities:

Create monthly & quarterly marketing strategies

Design digital + offline integrated plans

Decide what to do, where to invest, and why

Guide execution teams & agencies

Monitor performance, ROI & optimize strategy

Build scalable marketing systems

Who Should Apply:

47 years of experience in marketing strategy / brand / growth

Strong strategic thinking + business mindset

Experience in consumer brands, QSR, retail, caf, lifestyle

Comfortable taking ownership & accountability

Salary: 1,00,000 per month
