Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist Brand & Digital who can shape WOCEs brand voice, build digital influence, and drive structured marketing initiatives.

You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between WOCE and our PR & Social Media agencies and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy, campaigns, and content execution aligned with our brand and business objectives.

This role goes beyond managing social media. It involves narrative building, campaign strategy, agency coordination, training content structuring, and representing WOCE at industry platforms.

You will work directly with founders and leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


Brand & Digital Strategy

  • Develop and formalize WOCEs brand positioning and digital presence
  • Define platform-wise strategy (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Build quarterly content and campaign roadmap
  • Align marketing initiatives with partnerships, product milestones, and events


Social Media & Agency Management

  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for PR and social media agencies
  • Guide agencies on narrative, messaging, and campaign direction
  • Review and approve content, creatives, videos, and thought leadership pieces
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand voice


Campaign Management

  • Conceptualize and execute brand, thought leadership, and campaign initiatives
  • Collaborate with agencies on campaign planning, messaging, and execution
  • Drive engagement, reach, and brand credibility


Content Development & Governance

  • Guide agencies on content themes, storytelling, and narrative
  • Review and approve posts, creatives, videos, and copy
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and positioning


Training & Knowledge Content Support

  • Help organize and structure training content and curriculum for WOCE programs
  • Work with internal teams to translate sustainability expertise into engaging learning content
  • Support content creation for workshops, knowledge sessions, and certifications


Events & Brand Representation

  • Participate in and represent WOCE at industry events, conferences, and panel discussions
  • Coordinate social amplification around events
  • Build brand presence within sustainability and enterprise networks


Performance & Optimization

  • Track digital performance metrics and engagement trends
  • Share monthly insights and optimization recommendations
  • Drive continuous improvement in brand reach and engagement


Ideal Candidate Profile:


Must Have:

  • 57 years experience in Marketing/Brand/Digital roles
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn-led B2B social media
  • Excellent content sense and storytelling ability
  • Confidence representing the organization externally
  • Strong ownership mindset

Good to Have:

  • Experience in Sustainability / ESG / Climate / Technology / Consulting
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Experience in PR coordination
  • Exposure to training content or knowledge platforms
