Role : Marketing Associate (Offline Sales & Field Marketing)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct offline marketing & promotional activities to drive student enrollments.

Build partnerships with schools, coaching institutes, and local networks.

Execute ATL & BTL activities including seminars, canopy marketing, and brand activations.

Generate leads through community engagement & B2B outreach.

Conduct basic market research to analyze local education trends.

Requirements:

1 24 years of experience in offline marketing / field sales (education sector preferred).

2 Strong communication & networking skills.

3 Confident public speaker and effective collaborator.

4 Experience in ATL/BTL and canopy marketing.

5 Self-driven and result-oriented.
