Sitting at the intersection of a design studio, consultancy, and manufacturing partner, we help fast-growing and enterprise brands move from the basic increments typical of traditional packaging departments to a design-led innovation approach. This shift enables them to develop category-defining packaging that doesn't just contain the product, but actively grows the brand.

The Role: We are looking for a hungry, relentless Marketing & Sales Manager to be the growth engine of Corugami. You will be the commercial face of the agencythe first point of contact for every brand wanting to work with us, and the driving force behind acquiring new clients across India. If you love the thrill of the hunt, know how to build a sales pipeline from scratch, and have the hustle to pull in new business, this is your stage.

What Youll Do:
  • Own the Inbound Funnel: Manage, qualify, and convert all incoming inquiries across our website, LinkedIn, and other inbound channels. You will turn warm leads into closed contracts.
  • Build the Outbound Machine: Create and execute an aggressive outbound strategy. You will identify target accounts across Indiafrom hot D2C startups to legacy FMCG brands
  • Hustle & Pull Business: You don't wait for the phone to ring; you make it ring. You will relentlessly follow up, build relationships, network at industry events, and push deals across the finish line.
  • Marketing Alignment: Work with our leadership and design teams to ensure our outward messaging, case studies, and pitch decks perfectly align with what clients actually care about in the market.

Who You Are:

  • You have an undeniable drive to grow an organization. You thrive on hitting targets, opening closed doors, and taking ownership of revenue growth
  • . 2-5+ years in B2B Sales, Business Development, Growth Marketing, or Agency Sales
  • .You have a basic, working understanding of the packaging, supply chain, design, or manufacturing space. You dont need to be an engineer, but you need to understand the immense commercial value of what we build
  • .Good written and verbal communication. You can write a cold email that a busy CEO will actually open, and you have the charisma to command a room during a pitch
  • .You dont need a playbook handed to you; you build the playbook
